Whatcom Kettlebells' primary focus is ultimate strength, conditioning, cardiovascular fitness, and injury prevention. We use kettlebells, barbells, dumbells, sleds, sledgehammers, pull-ups, rope climbing and other implements in the pursuit of our goals. Most importantly, we teach proper technique in lifting and exercise programming for maximum results and injury prevention that applies to life outside of the gym. Our workouts are designed to be brief and intense, three 25-45 minute workouts a week are all you'll need. IAFF/IAFC/ACE Firefighter peer fitness training. For serious hard core strength and conditioning for firefighters, those training for the CPAT or those who just want to be in excellent shape- Contact me about my Firefighter strength and conditioning workouts that have true carryover to the demands of firefighting and the real world. I will come to you with the needed kettlebells and other equipment. All you need is a place you can safely swing and if necessary, drop a kettlebell. Such as a backyard, garage (I have rubber matting) or park area, etc.. I don't mind working outside, in fact I prefer it, even in the rain.
